Version 2026-10, effective 6 October 2026. This is a translation; if it differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies.
These terms apply to the use of Seylio, a service of [legal company name], [address], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number [KvK number] ("Seylio", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Who Seylio is for
1.1 Seylio is intended for businesses and professionals. By creating an account you confirm that you act in the course of a trade, business or profession.
1.2 If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The service
2.1 Seylio analyses websites and search data: technical audits, search performance, keywords, backlinks, local visibility and visibility in AI answers, brought together in a list of actions.
2.2 Seylio is read-only. We never publish anything to your website on our own. A change through an integration built for that purpose only happens on your explicit instruction.
2.3 Some data comes from external sources, such as search volumes, backlinks and competitor figures. These are estimates; we show the source and measurement date. Results of AI analyses may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
2.4 We make reasonable efforts to keep Seylio available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We schedule planned maintenance outside office hours where possible.
3. Your account
3.1 You keep your login details and two-factor authentication secret. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
3.2 You may only add websites that you own, or for which you have the owner's permission.
3.3 You do not use Seylio to break the law, infringe the rights of others, overload systems, or copy or resell the service without our written permission.
4. Subscriptions and payment
4.1 A subscription runs per month or per year and is paid in advance. It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
4.2 You can cancel at any time in the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund partial periods.
4.3 If you choose a different plan, the new plan applies immediately, with a new period starting at that moment.
4.4 Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ in capacity, such as the number of projects, users, pages, keywords, competitors and AI prompts. When you reach a limit, you can move to a larger plan.
4.5 Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT depends on your country and VAT number, as shown at checkout. You receive an invoice for every payment.
4.6 Payments are handled by Mollie. If a renewal fails, Seylio stays available until the end of the paid period. If payment has not been made by then, your access ends.
4.7 We may change prices. We give at least thirty days' notice of a price change; it applies from your next renewal.
5. Data
5.1 The data you put into or connect to Seylio remains yours. You grant us the right to use it as far as needed to provide the service.
5.2 Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under our data processing agreement and our privacy policy.
5.3 After your subscription ends, you can still export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, except for what we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the software, design and texts of Seylio remain with us. You receive a non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
7. Liability
7.1 Our liability is limited to direct damage and to no more than the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, lost profit or lost search rankings, nor for damage caused by data from or outages of external sources.
7.3 These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness by us or our management.
8. Suspension and termination
8.1 We may temporarily block or end your access if you breach these terms, or if needed to protect the security of the service. Where possible we tell you first.
8.2 We may discontinue the service with at least three months' notice. We refund any amount you paid in advance for the period after that.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We give at least thirty days' notice of changes. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Seylio is established. If the Dutch and a translated version differ, the Dutch text applies.
