S Seylio

For agencies and teams

Every client project, one weekly routine.

Seylio is built for agencies and in-house teams that look after several sites. Group projects per client, give the right people access once, and see the whole portfolio at a glance.

Accounts per client

All projects of a client live under one account. Invite someone once and they see every current and future project.

Portfolio overview

Site Health, speed, clicks, impressions and connection status for every project on one screen.

Roles that fit agencies

Owner, admin, editor and viewer, so clients can look along without changing anything.

Work you can hand over

Actions with evidence and acceptance criteria, ready for a developer, a copywriter or an AI agent.

Less time compiling, more time fixing

Agencies lose hours every month moving numbers from tools into reports. Seylio runs the audits automatically every week, keeps the history and lets you export any report as CSV or Excel, or everything at once as a ZIP.

Because every client gets the same structure, you can compare projects and spot which one needs attention first.

Pricing that scales with your client list

Every plan includes every feature, so you never have to explain to a client that AI Search or backlinks are in a more expensive tier. You move up when you need more projects, users or measurement capacity.

  • Starter: up to 10 projects and 3 users.
  • Growth: up to 30 projects and 15 users.
  • Agency: up to 100 projects and 50 users.

Fits next to the tools you already use

Seylio deliberately keeps task management light: an owner, a status and a note per action. Planning stays in the board you already use, fed by CSV exports or by AI assistants that read Seylio through MCP.

FAQ

Good to know.

Can clients log in to see their own projects?

Yes. Invite a client as a viewer on their account and they see their own projects only, without being able to change anything.

Can I white-label Seylio?

Not at the moment. Reports and exports carry the Seylio name; exports can of course be used in your own reporting.

What happens when I reach my project limit?

You can upgrade to the next plan at any time. Existing projects and their history are kept.
