Action Center

Start with the work that pays off most.

The Action Center combines findings from technical SEO, search performance, backlinks, local and AI Search into one list, ordered by what is most likely to move results.

One list across every report

Technical issues, missed keywords, lost links, local gaps and AI citations land in the same queue instead of five dashboards.

Ordered by expected effect

Every action is weighed on severity, reach, expected impact, effort and how confident Seylio is about the finding.

Assign and track

Give an action an owner, a status and a note. Follow it from planned to in progress to verified.

Verified, not ticked off

A later audit decides whether a problem is really gone. Done means measured, not just marked.

Why a prioritised list beats a long one

A typical crawl returns hundreds of warnings. A keyword tool adds tables, a backlink tool adds more. None of them tells you which five things to do this week.

Seylio scores every finding on the same scale, so a missing canonical on your money page can be weighed against a lost backlink or a competitor being cited in ChatGPT instead of you. The result is a single, short list you can actually work through.

What every action contains

An action is written to be handed over. A developer, copywriter or AI coding agent gets everything needed to do the work without opening five tools.

  • What is wrong and why it matters for search or AI visibility.
  • The affected URLs and the evidence from the crawl or data source.
  • A recommended fix in plain language.
  • Acceptance criteria: how the next audit will confirm it is solved.
  • The source of the finding and when it was measured.

From planned to verified

Assign an action to someone on the project, set its status and add a note. When the work is done, Seylio does not take your word for it: the next weekly audit checks the affected pages again.

If the issue is gone, the action is verified. If it comes back later, it is marked as recurring, so regressions after a deploy are caught instead of discovered months later in a traffic drop.

Movement in clicks or rankings around the same time is shown as context, not claimed as proof. Search results move for many reasons, and Seylio says so.

The Action Center is deliberately light on project management: an owner, a status and a note. Teams that plan in Jira, Linear or Asana can export actions as CSV or hand them to an agent via MCP.

FAQ

Good to know.

How does Seylio decide the order of actions?

Each finding is scored on severity, how many pages or how much traffic it touches, the expected effect of fixing it, the effort involved and how certain the measurement is. The list is sorted on that combined score.

Can I assign actions to colleagues or clients?

Yes. Anyone with access to the project can be assigned an action, with a status and a note.

What does "verified" mean?

It means a later completed audit no longer found the issue on the affected pages. Marking something as done is not enough on its own.

Can I export the Action Center?

Yes, as CSV, including evidence, recommended fixes and acceptance criteria. It is also available to AI assistants through MCP.
